The draw will be conducted at 12pm (AEST) on 06/05/25 at Gadens Lawyers, Level 13, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The first two (2) valid entries drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will each win a prize (each, a “Winner”).
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning Entrant is deemed invalid, or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants). Skill plays no part in determining a Winner.
The Winners will be notified via email and by telephone within two business days of the prize draw. The Winners’ first name initial, last name and postcode will be published on 09/05/25 at www.isuzuute.com.au/roadtofinal for a period of no less than 28 days.
Given that the prize is event based, Winners have until 12pm (AEST) on 14/05/25 (“Prize Claim Date”) to claim the prize and confirm their availability (including the availability of their selected companion) (see further details under the “Prize” section below).
Should any prize not be accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date above, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can’t contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or conduct an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning valid entries on 14/05/25 at 2pm (AEST) at Gadens Lawyers, Level 13, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 to randomly distribute the prize/s amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize. Any such winner/s in this unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by telephone and emailed within one business day of the unclaimed prize draw and will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published at www.isuzuute.com.au/roadtofinal on 19/05/25 for a period of 28 days.
