I-Venture Club by Isuzu UTE Australia

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Agreement 

1.1. All bookings are made with Isuzu UTE Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 80 129 563 739). By booking an I-Venture Club event with us you agree to have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Validity 

2.1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. All prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.

2.2. Price is inclusive of 2 people, at least one participant must be over the age of 18 and hold a full drivers licence and no attendee should be below the age of 12. 

3. Payment Policy 

3.1. To confirm your booking with us, 100% of the event cost is required at the time of booking.

3.2. Bookings and payment can be made via our website https://www.isuzuute.com.au/experience/i-venture-club. 

3.3. Payment can be made using MasterCard, Visa or Debit Card through our online payment gateway. 

4. Cancellation by you 

4.1. Due to the extensive planning and costs associated with I-Venture Club, the following cancellation fees will apply,

4.1.1. 30 + days prior to the event – full refund,

4.1.2. Within 30 days – 100% of total cost.

4.2. If you wish to reschedule your attendance to a future event the following rescheduling fees will apply, 

4.2.1. 30+ days prior to the event – reschedule at no charge, 

4.2.2. Within 30 days – 100% of total will apply. 

5. Cancellation by Isuzu UTE Australia 

5.1. Isuzu UTE Australia may have to cancel, reschedule or significantly relocate an I-Venture Club event, due to external factors beyond our control, and to the extend required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), in the following circumstances:

5.1.1. you do not wish to attend the rescheduled or significantly relocated event; or

5.1.2. the event is cancelled,

5.2. You will be offered a refund of the booking fee, within 30 days of written notification by Isuzu UTE Australia of such cancellation, rescheduling or significant relocation. 

5.3. Upon the occurrence of the events referred to in clause 5.1, all Isuzu UTE Australia potential liability under that clause will be limited to the amount of the booking fee, and unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Isuzu UTE Australia will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of clause

6. Event Itinerary 

6.1. Isuzu UTE Australia reserves the right to amend event times, itineraries and costs for its events as circumstances, time of year and operational reasons occur. 

7. Liability Release

7.1. The participant acknowledges that the training provided during the event is provided under certain controlled circumstances and the participant further releases Isuzu UTE Australia from any potential claims for loss, damage, death, or injury sustained if the participant replicates the activity or any part of it in the future.

7.2. All participants will be required to read and sign a liability release form before commencement of the event. Please ensure you accept and agree to this requirement before confirming your booking.

7.3. Any participant who refuses to sign the liability release form on or before the day of the event, will be prohibited by Isuzu UTE Australia from participation in the event, and in such circumstances, Clause 4.1.2 will apply. 

8. Talent Release Form 

8.1. During the event a number of photos and/ or videos will be taken for the purpose of marketing.

8.2. All participants will be required to read and sign a talent release form before commencement of the event. Please ensure you are accept and agree to this requirement before confirming your booking. 

8.3. Any participant who refuses to sign the talent release form on or before the day of the event, will be prohibited by Isuzu UTE Australia from participation in the event, and in such circumstances, Clause 4.1.2 will apply. 

9. Privacy Policy
