LED fog lights spread light wider in difficult weather conditions, making sure you don’t lose sight of the path. (Standard on LS-U & LS-T models)
Standard on all models, striking LED daytime running lights and Bi-LED projector headlights, with auto-levelling functionality, help you stand out on the road day and night.
Standard across the range, the Automatic Rain Sensing Wipers automatically wipes the windshield when necessary and varies the frequency of the wipe depending on the amount of rain detected.
Extensive steel and poly-composite underbody protection protects vital powertrain components from debris and ground strikes when off-road.
Designed to not only enhance the tough exterior look, side steps make getting in and out much easier.
Striking whether you’re on tarmac or tackling tougher terrain, LS-T models feature 20" alloy wheels.
Fold-In Mirrors with LED Lights
Smart protection from accidental bumps in car parks or on bush tracks, with the large design providing plenty of side vision (standard on LS-U & LS-T models). LS-T models also feature heated side mirrors.
Power Tailgate
Open or close the tailgate by activating the rear tailgate sensors by stepping in and out of the detection area or a simple push of a button on the smart key, the driver’s seat or from the button on the tailgate. (Standard on LS-T & LS-U models)
Rear Combination Lights: LED
Standard across the range, LED tail lights offer better illumination and a distinctive lighting cluster.

Android Auto™ & wireless Apple CarPlay® with DAB+ digital radio and voice recognition is standard across the MU-X range.
Auto Dimming Mirror
Avoid dazzling from the headlights of the car behind you with an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. (Standard on LS-U & LS-T models). 
PESS
Push button start is standard across the range, while LS-U and LS-T models have the added convenience of passive entry on driver and front passenger doors.
Every MU-X comes standard with an electric park brake and Auto Hold function, meaning the brake will initiate every time you put your MU-X in ‘Park’ or whenever your MU-X comes to a stop in traffic.
Rear diff-lock
The rear differential lock can be engaged with the push of a button when in 4WD-low for the ultimate in traction. (Standard on 4x4 models)
Rough Terrain Command dial
Rough Terrain Mode provides a new lease on traction as an off-road biased electronic driver aid that maximises drivability in technical, slippery and rough conditions. (Standard on 4x4 models)
Terrain command

Switch between 2WD-high and 4WD-high on the fly at speeds of up to 100km/h. When the going gets tough, select 4WD-low for increased traction and control. (Standard on 4x4 models)
